Wajer Owners Day 2026: Wajer in Concert
Every summer, off the South of France, Wajers begin to appear on the horizon. One by one. Some cruise over from neighboring marinas, while others have traveled hundreds of miles to be there. Before long, the anchorage fills with familiar silhouettes, and the Wajer fleet becomes something more than just a collection of yachts.
This is Wajer Owners Day. For those who've experienced it before, it's one of the highlights of the Mediterranean summer season. An annual gathering that brings together owners from across the fleet to do what they love most: spend time on the water with family, friends, and people who enjoy boating in exactly the same way they do.
The program changes every year. The locations, experiences, and surprises are never quite the same. But one thing doesn't change. People leave with new stories, new friendships, and another date on the calendar for next summer.
Wajer in Concert
This year's Wajer Owners Day brought owners and their guests back to the South of France for a memorable edition: Wajer in Concert.
The day began at COMO Hotel Le Beauvallon, the hotel where Wajer 44 was first unveiled. Guests gathered there before boarding tenders to a fleet of Wajers already waiting around a floating pontoon.
As the sun began to set, the atmosphere shifted. Owners returned to their boats for a three-course dinner served on board while acclaimed pianist Joep Beving turned the anchorage into an open-air concert—one of the defining moments of the evening.
Later, a pianist from Sauvageonne kept the evening moving as conversations continued long into the night.
A tradition that continues
Wajer Owners Day has always been built around one idea: time on the water, in good company, in a place worth sailing to.
"When we first started Owners Day, the idea was very simple," says Managing Director Dries Wajer. "Get everyone together somewhere beautiful and create a fun experience that everyone genuinely enjoys. No sales presentations. No formalities. Just great boats, great food and great company in one of our favorite destinations."
Dries continues: "Over the years, that simple, fun idea has grown into something much bigger, and we as a team look forward to it every year. Some guests are attending for the first time, others have barely missed an edition. That's something you can't manufacture: it only happens when people enjoy being there."
Today, it's the date many owners plan their summers around.
Beyond the boats
For Wajer, taking delivery of a yacht has never been the end of the story. It's the beginning. That's why the ownership experience extends well beyond the handover itself, from Wajer Care and its network of service hubs to events like Owners Day.
Spend time at Owners Day and conversations quickly drift from boats to boating: the little harbor someone discovered in Corsica, the restaurant worth detouring for in Sardinia or where to anchor when the Mistral picks up. Recommendations are exchanged as freely as stories and, before long, plans are already being made for the next adventure.
It's these conversations, as much as the day itself, that continue to define Wajer Owners Day.

As the fleet gradually dispersed across the Mediterranean, another edition of Wajer Owners Day came to a close. Owners returned to their summer cruising plans, with new friendships made and familiar faces seen again.
The experiences evolve, and each year brings something new. But the idea remains exactly the same: creating an opportunity for Wajer owners to come together and enjoy life on the water.
