After intensive inspections and trials at sea by journalists, designers and boat builders, the Wajer 37 was unanimously voted Boat of the Year at theHISWA Amsterdam Boat Show in 2006. The jury cited unique design, extraordinary quality, an eye for detail, and – last but not least – beautiful handling.
From its impressive flared bow through to the unmistakable tumblehome in the aft ship, the Wajer 37 is seriously sleek and smooth. This was the very first boat to be equipped with Volvo’s revolutionary IPS propulsion system, which provides a spectacular increase in performance and a significant reduction in noise levels & fuel consumption.
Its underwater exhaust system and high-end electronics make the Wajer 37 exceptionally quiet. And its power has to be felt to be believed: twin six-cylinder Volvo Penta IPS engines allow for top speeds in excess of 40 knots, and the traction of the four counter-rotating propellers is remarkable.
The centre of your social life on-board the Wajer 37 will be the outdoor saloon, which features a convertible cover. Because the central steering position is so much part of the living space, everyone can enjoy being together and on the water.
